First night in Valentine, NE
We left Lennox, SD at 11:00 AM and headed south through Yankton, SD to Nebraska and picked up Hwy 20. This is a nice road that takes you through the sand hills of Nebraska. Not a lot of traffic easy to maintain the 65 mph speed limit.
Really enjoyed the Vision today it was a pleasure to ride, the only thing I noticed was that it definately does not like tar snakes, if you hit them while turning it is a little unnerving. Averaged 48 mpg on the first day.

Vulcan 2002 1500 Classic moved to a 2006 Nomad and now a 2009 Victory Vision. Motorcycle touring has always been something on my bucket list and I am finally enjoying it a few weeks at a time.
