Final Day, (Tuesday June 15th, 2010)

Left Kearney, NE at 7:00 AM and rode in fog for the first 50 miles.
It is amazing the amounts of rain that must have fallen in central Nebraska and eastern South Dakota.
Many fields are flooded most of the rivers are at flood stage or out of their banks.  US Highway 18 at Davis, South Dakota was just at the edge of the road and had been flowing over the road recently.
Arrived home at 2:00 PM clocking 275 miles today.  Total miles on this trip was 3415

Outstanding trip, I would change nothing about the Victory Vision!  Already planning the next adventure.

Day 11 (June 14, 2010)

Left La Junta, CO at 7:00 AM and traveled as far as Kearney, NE
472 miles total.
Traveling
Hwy 50 from La Junta, CO to Granada, CO and turned on to Hwy 385 and took that into Nebraska at Julesburg, CO.
Hwy 385 has to be about the most deserted road in America, great road but absolutely no one else traveling the road.  We did have an 18 mile construction zone that was single lane with pilot cars.
We found onion fields, potato fields and cattle yards.
No pictures of this leg of the journey.

Day 10 (June 13, 2010)

Sunday morning, time to leave for home.
Met up early with Watchman and Liz along with Rick and Overeasy for breakfast.
We loaded up and hit the road around 7:00 AM, opted for the southern route on Hwy 160 across Colorado.
This was a great choice the ride was fantastic, a little cool and about 30 miles of rain after turning onto Hwy 10 in Walsenburg, Colorado.
We stopped the night at La Junta, Colorado.  Tomorrow we will pickup Hwy 385 and head north into Nebraska.
Total miles today 343
